If you stay in Scotland and there is no one in your area that teaches Reiki, why not get four other people in your area and a place to teach the class, then we will come to you, teach the Class and set up a Practice Night every two weeks. You will get Reiki Shoden ( Reiki One ) FREE.

Shoden The First Degree Class

This course is for yourself to work on you, to make you feel Good about yourself. Two find the balance, a spiritual connection to life, helping you to feel happier and healthier. Reiki Meditation techniques to strengthen and clear your energy. To gain a clearer understanding of the working of energy in your life and its benefits.

This is carried out in one day. The classes are small, four people at most so more personal attention can be paid to each student,

. 3 Initiations and Reiju

· Teaching of Hatsurei Ho

. Teaching of Ki Exercises.

· Sharing the definition of the Usui System of Reiki and of Reiki Healing

· Sharing the History

· Teaching the treatment form

· Self treatment

· Treatment of others ( Family & Friends)

· Practice Questions & answers, and sharing

. Receiving your Reiki Shoden Certificate

Dates

Okuden The Second Degree class is carried out over two days and is offered to students who have taken the first degree, have practiced Reiki for a significant amount of time, and feel drawn to take this next step.

The training consists of:

First Day

· A session to introduce and teach the students the three Mantras (Kotodama or Jumon) and symbols

·Three Attunements.

· Sessions to teach the use of the three Mantra (Kotodama or Jumon)

· and symbols

Second Day

· Practicing on each other

· Questions and Sharing

· Teaching how to work with clients and setting up a Practice

Going over the requirements for Okuden Certificate

This is not given straight away, one has to work on oneself and others first.

Dates

Shinpiden The Third Degree class is carried out over three days and is offered to students who are ready to move on from Okuden level, wither it's to become a teacher themselves or for personal development.

First Day

A Meditations on each of the precepts.

Going over the Okuden Symbols and Mantras

Shinpiden Attunement

Shinpiden Level Symbol and Mantra.

Students contemplate the relationship between the Precepts and the Symbols and Mantras.

Reiju

Second Day

Practise drawing DKM

Practise meditating with DKM

Shown how to perform attunements

Practise the attuenment
